Abstract
Keywords : Self Efficacy, Employee Resilience, Employee Work Productivity The aim of this study was to empirically prove the influence of self efficacy, employee resilience, and employee work productivity towards HP promoters in Ngawi Regency. This study was a quantitative with a samples size of 105 respondents. The sampling method was a saturated sample. Data collection using a questionnaire with direct distribution to HP promoters in Ngawi Regency. The data analysis technique used SPSS Version 25. The results of the study indicate that self efficacy and employee resilience have a positive effect toward toward employee work productivity (case study on HP promoters in Ngawi Regency).
