Abstract
ABSTRACT Vryzcha Ananda Purnomo Putri. 2024. The Effect of Profitability, Company Growth and Company Size on Company Value with Good Corporate Governance as a Moderating Variable. Thesis. Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Madiun University. Supervisor (I) M. Agus Sudrajat, S.E., M.Sc., CSRS., Supervisor (II) Abd. Rohman Taufiq, S., E., M.S.A., CSRS., CSRA., CMA., CIBA., CERA. The results in maintaining a business are reflected in organizations that earn high values from year to year. The goal is to get all or as much cash flow as can be expected by owners and investors. This research group consisted of 40 and 120 samples listed on the IDX. The investigation tool used SPSS variant 26, and the quantitative technique in this test came from financial reporting obtained from the authority website, www.idx.com. The findings in the test illustrate that Profitability has an effect on Company Value. While, Company Value is not influenced by Company Growth or Company Size. In the meantime, Good Corporate Governance shows: it cannot moderate profitability, growth, and company size. It is recommended that independent variables be included in the study discussed or use other moderating variables that can affect the company's value.
