Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze empirical evidence of the influence of profitability and intellectual capital on company value with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies registered on BEI in 2019-2022. The research sample used was 26 companies taken based on purposive sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative approach with secondary data collection techniques through company financial reports. The results in this study show that the profitability variable does not have a significant effect on company value. Intellectual Capital does not have a significant effect on company value. Managerial ownership can moderate profitability on company value. Managerial ownership cannot moderate intellectual capital on company value.
