Enhancing the Creativity and Communication Skills of Sixth-Grade Students Through the Development of ICT-Based Indonesian Language Learning Media Using the PjBL Model Semanding 2 Elementary School in 2023/2024 Academic Year. Tesis. Madiun: Magister Study Program in Indonesian Language and Literature Education, Graduate Program, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Advisor Dr. Dwi Rohman,S.S.,M.Pd., Co-Advisor Dr. Agung Nasrullah Saputro, M.Pd. Keywords: Learning Media, PjBL, ICT The background of this research is the lack of Indonesian language learning media, and the low level of student creativity and communication. Through the Development of Indonesian language Learning Media Through the ICT-Based PjBL Model it is hoped that it will be able to improve the creativity and communicative skills of sixth class of elementary school students in learning activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of learning media. This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). The source of the data consisted of informant, events and documents. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of the validation by material experts, it obtained a validity of 72%, media experts obtained a validity of 74%, and validation by linguists obtained a score of 97,5%. The results of practicality by the teacher showed a score of 95%, students obtained a score of 77,66%. Effectiveness results obtained an average value of 75%, while for oral communication the results showed a score of 91,11% and written communication received a score of 80%. The results of the pre-test and post-test carried out in both cycle I and cycle II also showed an increase. The average pre-test score in cycle I was 61.67 and the pre-test score was 68.33. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the average pre-test score was 78.33, while the post-test score was 86.67. Based on the results obtained from the Student Learning Completeness Percentage Criteria, it is in the Very Good category, with a percentage of 83.33%.
