Abstract

This research aims to analyze learning motivation, interest in studyingaccounting, and learning regularity on the learning achievement of PGRI Wonoasri Vocational School students for the 2023/2024 academic year. The population used in this research was 76 students in grades 10, 11 and 12 of SMK PGRI Wonoasri. The sampling technique in this research used Probability Sampling with a saturated sample size or the entire population sampled as 76 students. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression using the SPSS computer statistics program version 25.0 for Windows. The results in this study show that (1) Learning Motivation (MO) influences career interest (MK). This is proven by the partial T test which produces a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Interest in Accounting Studies (MS) influences Learning Achievement (PB). This is proven by the partial T test which produces a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Learning Regularity (KB) influences interest in Learning Achievement (PB). This is proven by the partial t test which produces a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value has a value of 0.880. This means that the percentage of independent variables (consideration of Learning Motivation, Interest in Accounting Studies, and Study Regularity) that influence the dependent variable (Learning Achievement) is 88%, then the remaining 12% is explained by other variables outside the research variables.
