Abstract

The use of information and communication technology in education is becoming increasingly important, especially to meet the needs of students with special needs. This research aims to develop multimedia-based interactive learning media to help deaf children at SLB Panca Bhakti Magetan learn Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO). Technological advances enable more interesting and effective learning. Using the waterfall method and Adobe Flash Professional CS6, this media is designed to increase students' involvement and understanding in recognizing letters and numbers, as well as improving their communication skills. This interactive learning media is expected to be an effective tool for teachers, making the learning process more dynamic and enjoyable.
