Abstract

The village service is activity that involving interaction between two people and plays a significant role in improving the quality of life of the community by supporting and resolving the problems faced by the village residents. Currently, the condition of administrative letter service at Pojoksari Village Office is still manual, with a lengthy process for submitting letters. The purpose of this study is to address several problems, including providing a platform that facilitates the letter submission process at Pojoksari Village Office more effectively and providing information related to letter submission at Pojoksari Village Office. The development method used in this system development is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The Village Service System Based on Website was designed and built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This research resulted in a web-based village service system that presents a display and access rights as an administrator and user. The menus on the web run normally. When accessing the web, both the administrator and the community do not experience any obstacles, making it easy to use.
