Arga Aji Pamungkas. 2024. Effectiveness of Using Chromebook Media in Learning for Elementary School Students in Padas District. Thesis. Primary School Teacher Education Study Program, FKIP, PGRI Madiun University. Supervisor (I) Dr. Fida Chasanatun, M.Pd., (II) Apri Kartikasari H.S., S.Pd., M.Pd. Science learning is a new learning process, one of which is at the elementary school level. Science learning contains the combination of two different materials, namely, Natural Sciences (IPA) and Social Sciences (IPS). Implementing science and science learning in the classroom certainly requires tools that are useful to help during the process of implementing science and science learning. The tool in question is chromebook learning media. Chromebooks have a shape that resembles a laptop/PC in general. Teachers can use chromebooks to provide material to students. Not only can chromebooks store, retrieve and create assignments during science learning. The purpose of this research activity is to determine the effectiveness of chromebooks in learning science and technology. This research uses quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The findings in this research activity were students' lack of understanding of the material during the implementation of science and technology learning. The results of this research are that chromebooks are considered effective as science learning aids as well as learning media that can be used in the current digital era during the learning process.
