Abstract

This research aims to develop digital comic media in thematic learning for grade 3 elementary school students which is applied in learning in elementary schools, as well as testing the feasibility and level of practicality of digital comic media in thematic learning for grade 3 elementary school students. The development research procedure uses ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of this research were 16 3rd grade elementary school students in Madiun Regency. The results of this research show that 1) The media developed is digital comic media for thematic learning of 3rd grade elementary school students, 2) The media developed meets the very appropriate criteria with a media expert validation percentage of 93.75%, material and language expert validation of 87.27 %, the results of the student response questionnaire obtained a score of 95.87%, the results of the teacher response questionnaire obtained a score of 86%. Based on these data, it was concluded that digital comic media in thematic learning for grade 3 elementary school students can be said to be feasible, practical and effective to use in learning.
