Abstract

In the Economic Education Department, the learning outcomes of Economic Education Study Program students are very good, as evidenced by high GPA scores, learning outcomes are of course influenced by many factors. In this research, researchers want to know whether learning outcomes are influenced by students' learning motivation and college activity. Students have high motivation to register for non-academic activities such as UKM, Orgamawa and also competitions. Viewed in terms of student activity, in terms of academics, students tend to be active in class because they have a target, namely graduating with a Cumlaude. Based on this problem, this research aims to, 1. determine the influence of motivation on the learning outcomes of students in the Economic Education Study Program, 2. determine the influence of activeness on the learning outcomes of students in the Economic Education Study Program, 3. determine the influence of motivation and activeness on the learning outcomes of students in the Education Study Program Economy. This research is quantitative research, sampling using non-probability sampling with a saturated sample method. The population of this study were active students of the Economic Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Madiun, even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample used was 97 respondents. The results of this research are as follows: 1. With a significant value of 0.213, there is no influence of Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes. The results obtained from testing the first hypothesis (H1) are rejected and this variable has no partial and significant effect on Learning Outcome 2. With a significant value of 0.000, there is an influence of Lecture Activeness on Learning Outcomes, the results obtained from testing the second hypothesis (H2). accepted because active lectures partially and significantly have a positive effect on learning outcomes. 3. With a value of 0.000, there is no influence from the variables Learning Motivation and Lecture Activeness on Learning Outcomes. In this study, motivation and activity in lectures had an influence of 59.6% on learning outcomes and 40.4% came from other variables such as the environment and self-management.
