Abstract

Currently Disbudparpora in the field of retribution for Hajj guesthouses, Wilis stadiums and sports halls is still done manually where people to make loans and pay for buildings have to go to the office first. The research objective in this study is to design, build and implement a website-based application for Hajj homestead and sports building levies at the Madiun City Budparpora Service. The research method used in this research is Rapid Application Development. Rapid Application Development is a software development method that focuses on short cycle times but does not reduce system quality. The stages based on the RAD system development model with details of the RAD model activities are requirements planning, system design, system development, and system implementation. The result of this research is a website-based application for the distribution of Wisma Haji and Sports Halls at the Madiun City Budparpora Service. The conclusion in this research is that with this website, people can borrow and pay for buildings online. Apart from that, this website also makes it easier for employees to process loan and building payment data at Disbudparpora. Based on the results of system testing using the black box testing method with 62 test processes, it can run as expected. So that the website-based Wisma Haji and Sports Hall levy application is accepted for use at the Madiun City Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Department.
