Abstract

Digital marketing is an important process to support the development of UMKM to compete today. Amor Coffee in its digital marketing process has used Instagram social media, but has not implemented effective concepts and methods for creating content, the Instagram account has not been active for a long time. Content evaluation using AIDA marketing is carried out to assess whether the content is effective in reaching the audience. Content design again uses the design thinking method to produce quality content recommendations and is expected to increase new visitors on Instagram social media @kopi.amor. After carrying out an evaluation process on the existing content by several digital marketing professionals, the result was that the previous content did not meet the AIDA marketing aspects. Because it achieved the required aspects, Amor Coffee's content design was redesigned, namely by making reference recommendations as material for content creation and also creating ready-made content to be uploaded to Instagram from @kopi.amor. in the testing stage using Instagram tools, namely Instagram insights, the content created is able to reach a wider audience or Instagram users. With the results obtained, the AIDA marketing method was successful and was able to increase more visitors to Amor Coffee's Instagram account.
