Balqis Zahwa Nuriza. 2026. The Influence of Green Innovation and Digital Transformation on the Sustainability of MSMEs with Financial Literacy as a Moderating Variable. Thesis. Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor (I) Moh. Ubaidillah, S.Pd., M.Sc., CSRS. Supervisor (II) Muhamad Agus Sudrajat, S.E., M.Sc., CSRS. This study aims to examine the influence of green innovation and digital transformation on the sustainability of MSMEs and analyze the role of financial literacy as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was applied, involving 74 MSMEs in the Madiun and Magetan areas as the research sample. Data collection was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire. All collected data were then processed and analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, which includes descriptive statistical testing, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. SPSS test results indicate that green innovation and digital transformation have a partial and significant positive effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. Furthermore, financial literacy has also been shown to have a direct and significant positive effect. Furthermore, the results of the moderation analysis confirm that financial literacy can strengthen the positive influence of green innovation and digital transformation on MSME sustainability. This study emphasizes the importance of synergy between environmentally friendly practices, digitalization, and financial literacy in maintaining MSME business continuity.
