Abstract

Posyandu Anyelir Kanigoro Madiun still records the health data of the elderly, pregnant women, and children manually using a recording book. This condition causes the process of searching data, storing inspection history, and preparing reports to take longer and the risk of data loss or damage. Therefore, a website-based information system is needed that is able to manage health data in an integrated manner so that it can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Posyandu services. This study aims to design and build a website-based Health Monitoring Information System for the elderly, pregnant women, and children at Posyandu Anyelir Kanigoro Madiun, implement the system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and determine the results of functional testing of the system using Black Box Testing Methods. The system development method used in this study is Prototype, which consists of stages of Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment and Delivery. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The system is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), then implemented using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. Furthermore, the system is tested using the Black Box Testing Method to ensure that all functions run according to user needs. The results showed that the website-based Health Monitoring Information System for the elderly, pregnant women, and children was successfully developed according to the needs of Posyandu Anyelir Kanigoro Madiun. The system is able to manage the data of the elderly, pregnant women, and Children, record the results of medical examinations, store examination history, manage Activity schedules, and generate reports more effectively and efficiently compared to manual processes. Based on the results of testing using Black Box Testing, all system functions run in accordance with the functional needs that have been designed so that the system is declared feasible to be used as a medium for managing and monitoring health data at Posyandu Anyelir Kanigoro Madiun.
