Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Impact of business capital, business location, and working hours on the income of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Pahlawan Street Center in Madiun City. MSMEs play a vital role in the local economy, as they create jobs and improve community well-being. However, MSME income levels are influenced by various factors, including business capital, business location, and working hours. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population for this study consists of all MSME operators in the Pahlawan Street Center tourism area in Madiun City. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling, with a total of 75 SME operators as respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that business capital, business location, and working hours simultaneously have a significant effect on SME income. Partially, each independent variable also showed a positive effect on the revenue of MSMEs at the Pahlawan Street Center in Madiun City. The variable that most significantly influenced MSME revenue was business capital. Based on the research results, increasing business capital, selecting a strategic business location, and optimizing working hours can boost MSME revenue. Therefore, MSME operators need to pay attention to these three factors to support the development of their businesses and increase their revenue.
