Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify various types of moss plants (Bryophyta) found in the Sumber Nogo Nature Tourism area, Ngawi Regency, and to describe their morphological and reproductive characteristics. This research also aims to compile a database of Bryophyta diversity on the digital platform e-Plantasia and analyze the results of implementing this platform in supporting and facilitating the science literacy skills of tenth-grade high school students. The research method is a field exploratory descriptive study combined with classroom implementation in the educational world. The sampling of moss plants was conducted using the cruise method. The population of biological objects in this study is all types of moss plants that grow in the Sumber Nogo Nature Tourism area, while the user population in the field of education is the 10th-grade students of SMAN 6 Madiun. The data collection technique was carried out thru the identification of the morphology and reproduction of moss plants, the process of inputting field findings into the e-Plantasia platform database system, and the completion of response instrument questionnaires by 70 tenth-grade students at SMAN 6 Madiun. The research results obtained 20 species of moss plants (Bryophyta) classified into 15 families. The process of compiling the e-Plantasia database was successfully carried out by integrating all exploration data, including species names, classification, descriptions, and photos into the website's administrator system. The implementation of the e-Plantasia platform has proven to have a positive impact and excellent feasibility in facilitating the scientific thinking skills of school students, where the results of the students' science literacy assessment were dominated by the Very Good (51%) and Good (49%) quality categories.
