Abstract

Nofa Anandaluvitasari,2026.The Effect of Work Productivity,Work Experience,and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT IMS Kota Madiun, Universitas PGRI Madiun,Faculty of Economics and Business,Management Study Program. Supervisors: (I) Dr. Karuniawati Hasanah, S.E., M.M. (II) Ahmad Nur Aziz, S.Pd., M. Ak. This study aims to determine the effect of work productivity, work experience, and work motivation on employee performance. This study used a sample of 292 respondents from PT IMS Kota Madiun employees using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used was MIultiple Linear Regression to test the three hypotheses in this study. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it was concluded that: Work productivity has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT IMS Kota Madiun. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT IMS Kota Madiun. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT IMS Kota Madiun.These findings confirm that the higher the level of employee work motivation, the higher the employee's performance. Work productivity, work experience, and work motivation collectively have a significant impact on employee performance at PT IMS Kota Madiun.
