Abstract

This research focuses on the development of an integrated court schedule management system with Email notification at the Tanjung Perak District Attorney's Office. This website-based system is designed to simplify the process of managing court schedules, which was previously done manually and not centralized. The system allows for the direct creation, change, and cancellation of court schedules, as well as conveying information to relevant parties through automatic notifications. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which allows for rapid system development by involving users from the initial stage. The system was tested using the black box method and showed that all main features can run well according to user needs. The development of this system is the right step to increase efficiency, accuracy of information delivery, and reduce administrative errors in court schedule management. Furthermore, this system is expected to support increased professionalism and digital transformation within the prosecutor's office. Keywords: RAD,Blackbox,Website.
