Thesis. Madiun: Master’s Program in Indonesian Language and Literature Education, Postgraduate Faculty, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisors: (I) Dr.V.Teguh Suharto,M.Pd., (II) Dr.Sigit Ricahyono,S.S.,M.Pd. Keywords: Multisensory, Ability, Receptive, Vocabulary. This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of the use of multisensory technique on the acquisition of Indonesian vocabulary among fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Cluster 1, Kecamatan Ngluyu, Kabupaten Nganjuk; (2) determine the effect of receptive ability on the acquisition of Indonesian vocabulary among fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Cluster 1, Kecamatan Ngluyu, Kabupaten Nganjuk; and (3) determine the interaction between the use of multisensory technique and receptive ability on the acquisition of Indonesian vocabulary among fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Cluster 1, Kecamatan Ngluyu, Kabupaten Nganjuk. The research employed a quantitative quasi-experimental method. The collected data were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA test. Based on the results of the data analysis, the study found that: (1) there is a significant effect of the use of multisensory technique on the acquisition of Indonesian vocabulary among fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Cluster 1, Kecamatan Ngluyu, Kabupaten Nganjuk; (2) there is a significant effect of receptive ability on the acquisition of Indonesian vocabulary among fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Cluster 1, Kecamatan Ngluyu, Kabupaten Nganjuk; and (3) there is a significant interaction between the use of multisensory technique and receptive ability on the acquisition of Indonesian vocabulary among fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Cluster 1, Kecamatan Ngluyu, Kabupaten Nganjuk
