Development of Ethno-Realistic Mathematics Education Teaching Module Based on Decision Making to Improve Problem-Solving Ability and Global Diversity Awareness on the Perimeter of Plane Figures Material for 5th Grade Elementary School Students. Keywords: Ethno-Realistic Mathematics Education, Decision Making, Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability, Global Diversity Awareness, Perimeter of Plane Figures, Elementary School The low mathematical problem-solving ability and global diversity awareness among elementary school students has become a serious challenge in Indonesian education. Initial observations in two public elementary schools in Sirapan Village showed that 67% of 5th grade students experienced difficulties in solving problem-solving questions on the perimeter of plane figures material. This research aims to develop a valid and effective Ethno-Realistic Mathematics Education module based on Decision Making to improve the mathematical problem-solving ability and global diversity awareness of 5th grade elementary school students. The research uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model and a mixed method approach. A quasi-experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design involved 30 5th grade elementary school students (13 experimental, 17 control). Data sources include expert validation, problem-solving ability tests based on Polya's stages, global diversity awareness questionnaire, and student response questionnaire. Data collection techniques use validation sheets, tests, questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, Independent Sample t-test, and N-Gain. The research results show: (1) the module is highly valid with a score of 4.53; (2) the module is effective in improving problem-solving ability with an N-Gain of the experimental group 0.74 (effective) versus control 0.30 (less effective), significant difference (p = 0.000); (3) the module is effective in improving global diversity awareness with an N-Gain of the experimental group 0.68 (effective) versus control 0.25 (less effective), significant difference (p = 0.000); (4) student responses are very positive with a score of 4.48.
