Abstract
This research aims to describe and explain (1) the application of the Quantum Learning method in learning to write poetry by class IV teachers at SDN 2 Kebunagung, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency (2) the relevance of applying the Quantum Learning method to learning to write poetry for class IV students at SDN 2 Kebunagung, Sawahan District. Nganjuk Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are (1) The Quantum Learning method in learning to write poetry for class IV students at SDN 2 Kebunagung, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency can be applied well by teachers. This can be seen during the learning process, the teacher is able to provide motivation to students so that students are active and enthusiastic in participating in the teaching and learning process, but there are still some students who are passive and lazy in receiving the material presented by the teacher, especially writing poetry; (2) The relevance of the Quantum Learning method to learning to write poetry, namely that it can provide influence, convenience, freedom for students in expressing their ideas and imagination and can motivate students to be more active and enthusiastic in learning to write poetry.
