Abstract
The culinary business is a popular business venture among Indonesians, from micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. Culinary businesses that attract customers can increase their revenue. However, culinary businesses often face challenges, including parking fees and parking location.This study aims to analyze the influence of parking fees and parking location on the income of culinary business traders in Kartoharjo District, Madiun City. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 77 culinary traders in the area and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results show that parking fees have no significant effect on traders' income (sig. 0.765 > 0.05), while parking location has a positive and significant effect (sig. 0.001 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence income (sig. 0.001 < 0.05) with a determination coefficient (R²) of 70.3%. These findings indicate that the comfort and accessibility of parking locations play a more significant role in increasing traders' income compared to parking fees. This study recommends that the government and traders prioritize the management of adequate parking facilities to support the growth of culinary businesses in Kartoharjo District.
