Abstract

The Effect of Interpersonal Skills, Competence, and Self-Efficacy towards the Employability Readiness of Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. This study aims to empirically demonstrate the effect of interpersonal skills, competence, and self-efficacy towards the employment readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. This quantitative study involved 318 respondents. The sampling method used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.3.7. The results show that interpersonal skills have a positive effect towards student employment readiness, competence has a positive effect towards student employment readiness, self-efficacy has a positive effect towards student employment readiness, and interpersonal skills, competence, and self-efficacy collectively influence student employment readiness at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Keywords: Interpersonal Skills, Competence, Self-Efficacy, Work Readiness
