ABSTRACT Andini Ayu Fandhaniah 2025. THE ROLE OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE MEDIATION AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE MODERATION ON THE INFLUENCE OF ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT ON FIRM VALUE This study aims to evaluate the impact of Enterprise Risk Management on Firm Value, with Competitive Advantage serving as a mediating variable and Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. This study adopted a quantitative method utilizing secondary data sourced from the annual reports of companies in the non-financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2024. The analysis process used SPSS version 24 software. The results indicate that Enterprise Risk Management has no direct impact on Firm Value, but it does have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. Competitive Advantage exhibits a significant positive effect on Firm Value, making Competitive Advantage a mediator in the influence of Enterprise Risk Management on Firm Value. On the other hand, Corporate Governance showed no evidence of moderating the relationship between Enterprise Risk Management and Firm Value. These findings suggest that Competitive Advantage plays a crucial role in linking the impact of risk management to increased firm value, while the effectiveness of Corporate Governance as a moderator still requires further research.
