Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourism events and facilities towards revisit intention through tourist satisfaction at Ngebel Lake, Ponorogo Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling and an accidental sampling method using a questionnaire. The sample size was 385 tourists who had visited Ngebel Lake. The data analysis technique used was path analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that tourism events and facilities have a positive and significant effect towards tourist satisfaction. Furthermore, tourism events, facilities, and tourist satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect towards revisit intention, both directly and indirectly. This indicates that the four variables tested in this study have a significant and interrelated influence in shaping visitor loyalty. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for tourism destination managers and local governments in improving the service quality and attractiveness of Ngebel Lake.
