Abstract
The Effect of Psychological Capital, Job Enjoyment, and Perceived Organizational Support towards Job Hopping Intentions (A Case Study of Z Generations in Madiun City) This study aims to analyze the influence of psychological capital, job enjoyment, and perceived organizational support towards job hopping intentions (a case study of Z Generations in Madiun City). Z Generations exhibits job hopping intentions influenced by various factors, such as job satisfaction, work-life balance, supervisor support, and career development opportunities (Aulia et al., 2025). This study used a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from financial reports. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 21. The results show that psychological capital has a positive and significant effect towards job hopping intentions among Z Generations in Madiun City. Job enjoyment has a positive and significant effect towards job hopping intentions among Z Generations in Madiun City. Perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant effect towards job hopping intentions among Z Generations in Madiun City.
