Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, free cash flow, sales growth, and collateralizable assets towards the debt policy of infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period. This study used quantitative method. The population of this study was infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that published annual reports or complete financial statements during 2020-2024. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with 70 infrastructure companies selected, resulting in 39 companies as the research sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, classificatory assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that liquidity has a negative and significant effect towards debt policy, free cash flow has no effect towards debt policy, sales growth has no effect towards debt policy, and collateralizable assets have a negative and significant effect towards debt policy
