Abstract
The Influence of Perceived Organizational Support, Quality of Work Life, and Job Satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable among Employees of PT. BPRS Magetan. This study aims to examine the influence of perceived organizational support, quality of work life, and job satisfaction towards organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable among employees of PT. BPRS Magetan. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample size of 78 employees. Data processing and analysis were carried out using SPSS software. The statistical tests used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, coefficient of determination, and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Perceived organizational support has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment; (2) Quality of work life has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment; (3) Job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment; (4) Organizational commitment has a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (5) Perceived organizational support has a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (6) Quality of work life has a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (7) Job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
