Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Green Creativity, Competitive Advantage, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Costs on Firm Value, with Human Resource Performance as a Moderating Variable. This study was conducted using secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial statements of non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2024 period. This research is quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The sample consisted of 127 non-cyclical consumer companies collected using a purposive sampling method. The results indicate that green creativity, competitive advantage, and corporate social responsibility costs influence firm value. Human resource performance can moderate the effects of green creativity, competitive advantage, and corporate social responsibility costs on firm value
