Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting national economic growth, particularly in creating jobs and promoting equitable prosperity. This research was conducted at the Mukti Rahayu Batik Artisan Center in Magetan Regency. The aim of this study was to demonstrate the sustainability of MSMEs in terms of Competitive Advantage, Creativity, and Innovation. The primary data source used in this study was the results of respondents' responses to questionnaire items. The employee population was 45, and the sampling method used was non-probability sampling. Quantitative research methods were used using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that Competitive Advantage does not have a significant positive effect towards MSMEs Sustainability, Creativity has an insignificant negative effect towards MSME Sustainability, and Innovation has a significant positive effect towards MSMEs Sustainability.
