Abstract
This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of company reputation, job descriptions, and e-recruitment towards job application intention among fresh graduates in Madiun City. The background of this study is based on the importance of understanding the factors that influence job application intention, particularly among recent graduates entering the workforce. The research method used was a quantitative approach, with questionnaires distributed to 330 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression and t-tests. The results show that, partially, company reputation has a positive and significant effect towards job application intention. The better the company's reputation, the higher the fresh graduates' interest in applying. Job descriptions also show a positive and significant effect towards job application intention, indicating that clarity and detail in job information can increase applicant interest. Furthermore, e-recruitment was shown to have a significant positive effect towards job application intention, reflecting that the ease of access and practicality of the digital recruitment process are attractive to the younger generation. Simultaneously, three variables—company reputation, job description, and e-recruitment—significantly influenced job application intentions. This research is expected to provide input for companies in developing more attractive and effective recruitment strategies, particularly for reaching young, recent graduates.
