Abstract

The Effect of Intellectual Capital and Digital Banking towards Company Performance with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) as a Moderator (A Case Study of Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 Period). This study aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital and Digital Banking towards the performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2023 period, with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) as a moderating variable. This study used secondary data from the financial statements and annual reports of 45 banks. The analytical methods used were multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results indicate that Intellectual Capital and Digital Banking have a positive and significant effect towards company performance. However, ESG variables are unable to moderate the relationship between Intellectual Capital and Digital Banking on the performance of banking companies in Indonesia during this period.
