Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management support, teamwork, and organizational justice towards employee motivation at the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and Micro Enterprises (PERDAGKUM) of Ponorogo Regency. The phenomenon of low work motivation is evident in high rates of tardiness, early departure, and negative perceptions of management support, teamwork, and organizational justice. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 73 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SPSS through validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and t-tests. The results of this study indicate that management support has no effect towards employee motivation, teamwork has a significant effect towards employee motivation, and organizational justice has no effect towards employee motivation.
