Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green supply chain management on competitive advantage, with the mediating role of green innovation and green creativity in Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2024 period. This study used a quantitative approach with secondary data from the companies' annual reports and financial statements. A purposive sampling method was used to obtain 427 samples. The results show that green supply chain management has a positive effect on green innovation, green creativity, and competitive advantage. Furthermore, green creativity has been shown to have a positive effect on competitive advantage and mediates the effect of green supply chain management on competitive advantage. Green innovation has been shown to have a negative effect on competitive advantage and does not mediate the effect of green supply chain management on competitive advantage.
