Abstract

The Evaluation of the "Jatim Presensi" Application as an Effort to Improve Discipline in the Work Environment at Dungus Regional General Hospital (Case Study at Dungus Regional General Hospital). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the Jatim Presensi application as an effort to improve discipline in the work environment at Dungus Regional General Hospital. This research was quantitative. The sample size was 231 respondents. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling with purposive categories. Data collection used a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study: The Jatim Presensi application as an effort to improve discipline has a significant impact towards the work environment at Dungus Regional General Hospital, Madiun. With this system, employee attendance can be monitored in real time and with greater transparency, thereby encouraging individual discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties.
