Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the role of green creativity as a moderating variable in the influence of green accounting and green intellectual capital on firm performance. This is a quantitative study where data is processed using SPSS 2024. The population in this study are Non-Cyclical Consumer sector companies that have gone public and published financial reports and sustainability reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2021-2024. The sample determination used a purposive sampling method. In this study, there are 117 sample companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study indicate that green accounting has a positive effect on firm performance, green intellectual capital has a negative effect on firm performance, green creativity is unable to moderate the effect of green accounting on firm performance, and green creativity moderate the effect of green intellectual capital on firm performance.
