Widya Intan Margono. 2025. Development of Interactive Busy Book Learning Media for Numeracy Literacy Skills of First-Grade Students at SDN Semen 2. Thesis. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Advisors: (I) Dr. Fauzatul Ma'rufah R., M.Pd. (II) Eka Nofri Ari Yanto, S.Pd., M.Pd. In elementary education, numeracy literacy is a crucial foundation for subsequent learning. This study aims to develop interactive busy book learning media as a tool to improve the numeracy skills of first-grade elementary school students. Numeracy literacy is a skill that children must possess at an early age. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model, which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects in this study were first-grade students at an elementary school. Validation results from media and materials experts indicated that the learning media was highly suitable for use in numeracy literacy learning. This media also received scores from teacher and student response questionnaires, with the results indicating that the busy book learning media was highly suitable for use and that students were highly engaged in the learning process. Thus, the interactive busy book learning media is suitable for use in numeracy literacy learning for first-grade elementary school students.
