Abstract

Batik Kosasih is a home-based business focused on producing handmade batik, located in Purworejo Village, Nguntoronadi District, Magetan Regency, East Java. The sales process at this MSME is still conducted directly on-site, which indicates the need for a digital system to support marketing efforts. Therefore, the author designed a web-based sales information system to facilitate online transactions. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, with UML diagrams as modeling tools and the waterfall method as the development approach. The resulting system allows users to manage products, input product data, display batik prices, and support payment transactions via bank transfer. The system has been implemented and is actively used by both administrators and customers, enabling digital transactions without face-to-face interaction. Based on testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS), the system achieved an average score of 80.0, which falls into the Good category. Therefore, this system is considered feasible and effective for supporting digital marketing and sales at Batik Kosasih, helping it reach a wider audience.
