Villa Natalia. 2025. The Effectiveness of Digital Flipbook Media on Ecosystem Material toward the Learning Outcomes of Fifth Grade Students at SDN Sumberbendo 03, Madiun Regency. Undergraduate Thesis. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Advisors: (I) Dr. Dahlia Novarianing Asri, S.Psi., M.Si., (II) Dr. Ivayuni Listiani, S.Pd., M.Pd. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of digital flipbook media on ecosystem material toward the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN Sumberbendo 03, Madiun Regency. The background of this research is based on the low learning outcomes of students due to the lack of engaging and interactive learning media in the learning process. This study employed a quantitative experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 25 fifth-grade students who were given treatment in the form of learning using digital flipbook media. Data were collected through a multiple-choice test consisting of 15 questions administered before and after the treatment. The results showed that the students’ average pretest score was 55.88, which increased to 75.92 in the posttest. Normality and homogeneity tests indicated that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The paired sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Therefore, it can be concluded that digital flipbook media is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes on ecosystem material. This media is able to present material visually and interactively, making it easier to understand and increasing students’ learning interest.
