Industrial Engineering Study Program, FT, PGRI University Madiun. Advisors: (I) Aloysius Tommy Hendrawan, ST., MT (II) Halwa Annisa Khoiri, S.Si., M.Si. The increasing demand for bottled drinking water (AMDK) requires companies to have effective production planning and marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze demand forecasting, determine the optimal production quantity, and formulate the right marketing strategy for 220 ml glass AMDK products at Perumda Yoiki Air Mineral. The methods used include time series forecasting using the Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Decomposition approaches; production control using the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ); and SWOT analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for marketing strategies. The results of the study indicate that the Multiplicative Decomposition method yields the highest accuracy with a MAPE value of 16%. EPQ analysis yields the optimal production quantity that minimizes storage costs. SWOT and AHP analyses resulted in a priority strategy for developing new market segments to absorb excess production capacity. This strategy was chosen because it was deemed capable of expanding market share, increasing sales volume, and optimizing the utilization of available production capacity.
