Abstract
This study aims to analyze the readiness of SMK Negeri 2 Jiwan in implementing differentiated learning based on VAK learning styles (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) in accounting subjects. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that: (1) teachers have understood the basic concept of differentiated learning but still require further training; (2) the curriculum is quite flexible and allows teachers to adapt learning activities, although it is not yet fully aligned with the VAK approach; (3) infrastructures such as projectors and laboratories are available, but their use is not yet optimal for all learning styles; and (4) the school environment supports interaction and learning activities, although more varied learning spaces are still needed. Overall, the school is fairly ready to implement differentiated learning but still requires improvements in several supporting aspects.
