Abstract

This research aims to develop e-comic based learning media for delivering ecosystem material in class X of MAN 2 Kota Madiun. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The instruments used in this research are validation sheets by media and material experts, as well as questionnaires for teachers and students. The results of the e-comic learning media evaluation by material experts in stage 1 showed 90.5% in the 'Very Eligible'category, stage 2 showed 95.5% in the 'Very Eligible' category, while the results of the media expert evaluation in stage 1 showed 79.09% in the 'Eligible' category and stage 2 showed 89.09% in the 'Very Eligible' category. Thus, the media The e-comic learning is very valid and highly suitable for use. The practicality results of the e-comic learning media by biology subject teachers is 88.8% with the category 'Very Suitable' and the responses from the students are 68.22% with the category 'Suitable'. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed e-comic learning media is quite suitable and practical for use in the learning process.
