Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based asset inventory system to support more efficient management of asset data in Banjarejo Village. The problem faced by the village is the use of manual records that are prone to data loss, and delays in asset reporting. To address these issues, the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was applied which focuses on rapid system development through an iterative process and actively involves users at every stage of development. Findings from this study indicate that the developed system can streamline the process of recording, tracking, and reporting village assets. With this system, village asset management can be significantly improved in terms of effectiveness and transparency.
