Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of social media promotion and destination image on tourists’ intention to revisit Brubuh Tourism Village, located in Jogorogo District, Ngawi Regency. Utilizing platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, the village promotes its natural beauty, local culture, and tourism facilities. A quantitative approach was used in this research, involving a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents who had previously visited the destination.. The results showed that social media promotion had a positive and significant influence on revisit intention, with a significance value of 0.011 < 0.05, while the destination image had no significant influence, as indicated by a significance value of 0.254 > 0.05. The F-test produced a significance value of 0.004, indicating that both variables together influence revisit intention. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 13.3%, meaning that revisit intention is influenced by social media promotion and destination image, while the remaining 86.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This indicates that tourism managers need to not only focus on attractive social media content but also improve the actual quality of the destination—such as service, cleanliness, comfort, and authentic tourist experiences—so that visitors develop a positive impression and desire to return. Promotional strategies should be aligned with real improvements on-site to create enjoyable and sustainable tourism experiences.
