Thesis. Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Advisor (I) : Dr. Anggita Langgeng Wijaya, S.E., M.Si., Ak. C.A. ; Advisor (II) : Aliffianti Safiria Ayu Ditta, S.E., M. Ak. This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership and liquidity on firm value, with intellectual capital as a moderating variable, in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2024 period. Purposive sampling was used to select 47 banking sector companies listed on the IDX. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was used for data analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that managerial ownership and liquidity significantly influence firm value. Intellectual capital moderates the effect of managerial ownership and liquidity on firm value. Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Liquidity, Firm Value, Intellectual Capital
