The web-based sports facility reservation management information system at GOR Ma'arif is designed to overcome conventional reservation issues. The manual operational management by a single manager causes impracticality for customers, uncertainty of schedule availability, and a high risk of double-booking. The purpose of this research is to design, implement, and test a web-based sports facility reservation management information system integrated with WhatsApp Gateway (Fonnte) and Payment Gateway (Midtrans) in real-time. The system development method used in developing the software is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The results of this study show that the web-based reservation management information system for GOR Ma'arif has been successfully implemented and tested. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is integrated with the Midtrans API for automated payment verification and the Fonnte API to send automatic e-receipt notifications directly to the customer's WhatsApp number. Based on the results of Black-Box Testing and expert validation by GOR Ma'arif management, all system features are declared 100% valid, function properly according to operational needs, and are ready to be operated. The tool used in creating this system is Visual Studio Code for the coding process. Keywords: Design and Development, Reservation, Web, WhatsApp Gateway, Payment Gateway
