Abstract

The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Work Productivity at UD Sukri Dana Abadi Ponorogo. This study aims to examine the influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Work Productivity at UD Sukri Dana Abadi Ponorogo. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The total sample consisted of 67 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling (census). Data were collected through a questionnaire using a four-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of this study indicate that: Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at UD Sukri Dana Abadi Ponorogo, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at UD Sukri Dana Abadi Ponorogo, Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at UD Sukri Dana Abadi Ponorogo. Good work discipline and a conducive work environment enable employees to perform their duties more effectively, responsibly, and productively, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of employee work productivity.
