The selection of textbooks is an important aspect in supporting the success of the learning process in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. At SD Negeri Bancong, Wonoasri, the textbook selection process is still carried out manually, which may lead to less objective decision-making and requires more time. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) for textbook selection using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method to assist teachers in selecting textbooks based on the criteria of learning outcomes alignment, content presentation, and design and graphics.. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with MySQL as the database management system. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to ensure that all system functions operated according to the specified requirements, while user evaluation was carried out using a Likert Scale questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that the SMART method was successfully implemented to calculate the final scores and generate textbook rankings as recommendations to support teachers in the decision-making process. Furthermore, the user evaluation using the Likert Scale achieved a score of 94.80%, which falls into the "Very Feasible" category. Therefore, the developed system is considered easy to use, well accepted by users, and capable of supporting the textbook selection process in a more objective, systematic, and measurable manner.
