Danang Eko Prasetyo. 2026. Design and Development of a Website-Based Inventory Information System at PT Lintas Data Prima. Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisors: (I) Fatim Nugrahanti, S.T., M.T. (II) Erny Untari, S.Pd., M.Pd. PT Lintas Data Prima currently relies on manual processes utilizing written documents and Excel files, particularly for inventory management. This approach leads to issues such as delays in information retrieval, data redundancy or duplication, recording errors, and difficulties in report generation. Data scattered across various separate documents or files results in inefficient monitoring processes and a risk of data loss. This study employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of four main stages: Requirements Gathering, Prototyping, Iterative Development, and System Testing. The outcome of this research is a website-based inventory information system for PT Lintas Data Prima. The study concludes that this system enables simultaneous access by multiple users, facilitates data retrieval through structured search features, accelerates automated report generation, reduces data redundancy via centralized database management, and allows for access anytime and anywhere using computers, laptops, or smartphones. Consequently, the implementation of this information system enhances effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy in operational data management.
