Abstract
This study aims to analyze the strengthening of moral values in Pancasila and Civic Education Learning as an effort to prevent bullying behavior at SMPN 2 Padangan, particularly among class 7C students in the 2025/2026 Academic Year. This research is motivated by the diversity of students' social backgrounds, which has the potential to lead to bullying behavior in the school environment. This research focuses on how to strengthen moral values, the factors influencing the strengthening of moral values, and students' perceptions of the strengthening of moral values in learning. This study used a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, documentation studies, and a literature review. The results indicate that strengthening moral values through Pancasila and Civic Education (PKI) learning can increase mutual respect, empathy, tolerance, responsibility, and caring among students, thereby contributing to a reduction in bullying behavior and creating a safer, more comfortable, and conducive learning environment at SMPN 2 Padangan.
